The Retreat is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family home located in a residential neighborhood less than 2-miles northwest of the historic area of St Augustine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The home has an open floor plan creating a great gathering space between the living room, kitchen with bar area and dining room. The home features a very large yard for those that like to run and play. Have a nice lunch on the picnic table and enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub that is secluded behind the house. Please note the yard is not fenced. But there is a privacy fence on both sides of the property. The Covered carport area has a gas grill and table for 4 to enjoy out door time.

Enjoy and relax in this Retreat in a quiet neighborhood close to Outlet Shopping, Historic Sites, Ripley's Believe it or not, Old Jail and more.

Our area also features a wide array of food options to delight everyone in the group!.

We feature free hi-speed internet for traveling professionals or students and streaming TV's in each room.

The kitchen amenities includes, Keurig coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans, baking items. plates and utensils. Outdoor carport closet includes umbrella and beach chairs to use during your stay.

** Please note: the City has very strict parking. trash and noise ordinances**

On Site Parking is available for Two (2) cars. No on-street or grass parking is allowed - ticketing and towing is active and enforced!!!

Quiet Hours are also strictly enforced and in effect from 9:30PM to 8:00AM nightly. All amplified sound must be turned off by 8 pm during the week as a courtesy to the neighbors.
