Blue Jade - Pool Home

This two story pool home features a beautiful open floor plan. The downstairs features new travertine tile floors, dining room, living room, kitchen and one small bedroom. The living room opens up to a screened in patio to the pool deck. The kitchen features loads of cooking accessories, baking pans, Keurig coffee machine, pots & pans, and dishes. For the little ones we have a gate on the bottom of the steps, a pool alarm and a small high chair. Please Note - pool alarm is only part of safety. Children should always be watched around water. The upstairs features a large master king suite with soaking tub, large beautifully tiled shower. There are two more queen rooms and one bunk room. The bunk room features 6 twins. Each room has a smart TV and basic cable. Stay home or bike to the beach and shoppes. Have a night out at one of our 5 star restaurants or come off the beach and visit any number or burger or seafood casual hot spots. Home is just 3 blocks from the South Beach Park and Playground.
