Lion's View is conveniently located next to The Bridge of Lions and walking distance to downtown where you can enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the city and experience all the fine shopping, dining, entertainment and sightseeing St Augustine has to offer her guests.

Please note: No Pets, unless you have prior approval by Suncastle Properties of Ponte Vedra Beach. Guest will pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00

Guest Access:

Lockbox located by garage door of your private entrance.

Parking is limited to only 3 Spaces:

Two (2) garage spaces plus One (1) additional off-street parking space. 

 

Other things to note

The boats on the dock are strictly off limits for guests. At no point should guests board a boat without permission.

The dock is not available for docking personal watercraft without prior written consent from the property owners and Suncastle Properties.
