Alternatively, step into the saltwater pool just steps from your back door (please note: Not Heated/No Hot Tub; shared with the North Unit) for an invigorating soak. For the adventurous souls, bring along your boat or jet ski and set sail into the intracoastal waters at the west end of the block.
As twilight descends, enrich your serenity by garnishing your favorite glass with a touch of salt, while you relish in the enchanting sight of waves embracing the shoreline beneath the setting sun.
Nestled in the highly coveted area of North Vilano Beach, this delightful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat grants you effortless access to groceries, dining, and the alluring attractions and shopping of historic St. Augustine, the Nation's Oldest City. Spanning three levels, this home offers amenities including an elevator for accessibility, high-speed internet, a saltwater pool, a large boat garage with ample space for parking your boat or three cars in addition to the driveway.

Pro and Cons of South Unit
This place was a last minute find for bike week. We did enjoy our stay but a little far for going back fourth to Daytona, but our fault for deciding on our trip last minute. The Pros : the large garage space ( truck, trailer, & bikes with room to spare), large rooms, clean, elevator for those who might need to use it, easy walk to beach. Cons: AC unit issues (they ask not to set AC below 72 deg. Which is where we set them, got back from ride and it was 78 deg on 3rd level), they ask you to leave the windows closed but with the AC issue opening the window would’ve been nice, No direct entry to pool area from the south unit (we didn’t have a need on this trip but what I could see you would have to go down the 26 steps into the garage, out the garage door to access a coded door then enter the pool area, just thinking if you have little kids this could be an inconvenience )Looked like the North unit has direct access to the pool area. Last would be A1A can be somewhat noisy. All said and done I our stay was good and would give 4 out of 5 rating.
From Management: Thank you for your review. Our apologies, we were not informed you were having any A/C issues during your stay. Our housekeeper notified us about the A/C not working properly Saturday afternoon. We dispatched an HVAC tech to the home to repair the system and got it working later that day. When renting only the South unit, access to the pool is from the courtyard area outside the garage. The elevator to the garage does make it easier to navigate.Posted: 3/18/2024
