Wake up in comfortable beds in a home with so many options for the day! The beach is just a few blocks to the east where you can catch a bright new sunrise and a family fun day on the beach. In the evening only a block to the west, watch the sunset over the Intracoastal. North beach park is just around the corner with kids playground. Enjoy waterfront dining at Aunt Kates, The Reef or Cap's on the water all just minutes away.

Looking to visit and explore the history of St. Augustine, you are just 5 miles away. There you will find trolley tours, foodie hot spots, haunted ghost tours, shopping and so much more. Catch a concert or the farmers market at St Augustine Amphitheater. Be sure to visit the Alligator Farm and Zoo with Zip-line adventures.

This two story home features and open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. 3-bedrooms upstairs include the Owners suite has its own full bath with shower and features a Queen bed along with a daybed and trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed with trundle. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full hall bathroom with a tub. Downstairs is the bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath with walk-in shower next to the bunkroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies and a regular coffee pot. The home is pet friendly (Requires approval and an additional fee).

Parking Spaces: Two (2) Max Capacity. No On-Street Parking Allowed per County regulations. Improperly parked vehicles will be ticketed and towed. Additional parking is available in public parking areas. Pool Heat Fees Apply after booking.
