Pet Policies & Information
We have a variety of pet friendly properties available for rental; please view all our pet friendly properties or contact a Reservationist for assistance finding a pet friendly home. Guests will be subject to eviction without refund if pets are found at a property that does not allow pets. Sorry, cats are not allowed at any of our rental properties.
Suncastle Properties and the property owner assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to your pets while on the premises, or for any action taken against your pets or pets owner by third parties.
A non-refundable Pet Fee of $50 per day up to a maximum cost of $350 per stay for an approved pet.
Failure to disclose that an animal has been in the property, whether the animal(s) is the responsibility of the renters or their guests, will result in a $500 fee, assessed for additional cleaning and/or damage, if any, and immediate termination of the Rental Agreement.
Any damage to the property caused by the animal(s) will be charged to the securing credit card. Damage or flea infestation caused by pets and "failure to disclose" fees ARE NOT covered by the Damage Waiver option.
Service Animals: Suncastle Properties welcomes and accommodates service animals meeting ADA guidelines, which includes "a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability". Service animals are allowed to stay in any Suncastle Properties rental home.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA): Guests requesting accommodation for an (ESA) will be required to provide information identifying the assistance or support provided by the specific animal from a licensed or certified health care practitioner. An ESA registration or similar registration obtained from the internet is not sufficient to reliably establish a disability-related need for an emotional support animal.
