Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this three-level home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths arranged for both comfort and privacy. Each bedroom offers a restful place to recharge, with bathroom essentials and bed linens provided to keep your stay simple and comfortable. A washer and dryer add convenience, especially after beach days or longer visits.
Living spaces
Natural light fills the open living area, where generous seating and an HDTV invite relaxed downtime. Whether you are streaming a favorite show or enjoying a quiet afternoon indoors, the space feels airy and connected. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay in touch or handle remote work as needed. An in-home elevator provides convenient access between all three levels.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a dining table where everyone can gather for breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner after a full day out. A grill and barbecue utensils are available for outdoor cooking, making it easy to enjoy casual meals in the fresh coastal air.
Outdoor living and pool access
A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering spots to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening breeze. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house. With beach access just across A1A, shoreline walks, ocean swims, and afternoons on the sand are always within easy reach. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided.
Parking, access, and convenience
A private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on premises - 3 spaces - offers ample room for your group, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort in any season, along with home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Dog-friendly stays
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, allowing your four-legged companion to join your coastal getaway.

Set in North Vilano Beach, you are close to the Atlantic shoreline while remaining just minutes from the dining, scenic streets, and cultural landmarks of St. Augustine. It is a relaxed coastal base for families, couples, or small groups seeking beach access and shared gathering spaces near the city's historic charm.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.

This place was a last minute find for bike week. We did enjoy our stay but a little far for going back fourth to Daytona, but our fault for deciding on our trip last minute. The Pros : the large garage space ( truck, trailer, & bikes with room to spare), large rooms, clean, elevator for those who might need to use it, easy walk to beach. Cons: AC unit issues (they ask not to set AC below 72 deg. Which is where we set them, got back from ride and it was 78 deg on 3rd level), they ask you to leave the windows closed but with the AC issue opening the window would’ve been nice, No direct entry to pool area from the south unit (we didn’t have a need on this trip but what I could see you would have to go down the 26 steps into the garage, out the garage door to access a coded door then enter the pool area, just thinking if you have little kids this could be an inconvenience )Looked like the North unit has direct access to the pool area. Last would be A1A can be somewhat noisy. All said and done I our stay was good and would give 4 out of 5 rating.
From Management: Thank you for your review. Our apologies, we were not informed you were having any A/C issues during your stay. Our housekeeper notified us about the A/C not working properly Saturday afternoon. We dispatched an HVAC tech to the home to repair the system and got it working later that day. When renting only the South unit, access to the pool is from the courtyard area outside the garage. The elevator to the garage does make it easier to navigate.Posted: 3/18/2024
