Three private bedroom suites, pond views from the patio, and a layout built for six make this an easy choice for families and groups looking to settle into Florida living without the fuss.

 

Living spaces

Spread across two levels, the open-concept layout keeps the living and dining areas connected and easy to move between. Sink into the sofa for a movie on the HDTV, get some work done at the dedicated workspace, or simply let the air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans do their job while you decompress. A private entrance with keypad self check-in means your arrival is entirely on your terms, and two parking spaces on premises are included for the duration of your stay.

 

Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are furnished with king beds - a setup that works equally well for families and groups who appreciate their own space. The primary bedroom sits on the main level with a private ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own ensuite bath, and one of those opens directly onto a balcony with views of the surrounding greenery.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker all ready to go. Pull a chair up to the dining table for a shared breakfast before heading out, or wind down over a home-cooked dinner after a day on the water.

 

Outdoor living & community amenities

The patio and balcony offer calm pond views and a natural place to begin or close out the day. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock when you want to get closer to the water. Within the community, the pool and clubhouse are available for guest use. Golf tee times at the TPC course or The Yards, along with tennis and pickleball reservations, can be booked independently at nearby facilities.

A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit round out the practical details. The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always welcome.
