This three-level beach house in Crescent Beach seats twelve comfortably, built for families who want room to spread out without sacrificing that sense of togetherness.

 

Living space

The top floor is where everyone naturally gathers. An open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with double ovens, a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all the basics you need to cook and eat well. A powder room on this level adds convenience during busy mornings. Step outside and the large wraparound porch delivers partial ocean views and a front-row seat to the coastal breeze - grab a chair and stay a while.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The second floor holds three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, opening onto a private porch with seating. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and a smart TV, with a hallway bath nearby that includes a tub. A third bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle shares a private bathroom with a shower - ideal for younger guests or solo travelers. On the ground floor, a dedicated bunk room sleeps six across two bunk beds with trundles, while a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom with glass shower completes the sleeping arrangements.

 

Kitchen & dining

Beyond the main kitchen upstairs, the ground floor includes a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, coffee maker, glasses, and beach towels - a practical setup that keeps the lower level self-sufficient for families with kids. The main kitchen handles the heavy lifting: double ovens, a full suite of cookware, dishes, and silverware - everything in place for a proper group meal.

 

Game room & beach essentials

The garage has been converted into a full game room stocked with a ping pong table, beach wagon, toys, chairs, and a gas grill - a natural hub for downtime between beach runs. A foosball table sits in the bunk room area on the ground floor, adding one more reason for the kids to disappear happily. The ground floor also opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand. Beach access is just one block away, and vehicle drive-on beach access makes hauling gear effortless. Beach essentials are provided for your stay.

 

Location

Crescent Beach sits just south of St. Augustine Beach, close to local restaurants and shops, with historic downtown St. Augustine only about 15 minutes away. The combination of a quieter stretch of coast and easy access to one of Florida's most storied towns makes this a strong base for a full family trip.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
