Tucked on the east side of A1A in the peaceful island community of Summer Haven, Aqua Vista is a four-bedroom beach house made for families and groups ready to slow down and breathe in the salt air. Located just 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, this is your base for coastal days and easy evenings. Sorry, no pets.

 

Beach & surroundings

The beach is roughly half a mile away, and the quiet, uncrowded stretch of Florida's Historic Coast is worth every step. Nearby highlights include Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the Matanzas Inlet - a well-known fishing spot. Downtown St. Augustine's Spanish history and charming streets are less than 30 minutes away.

 

Living & dining

Inside, the layout flows comfortably for a group of up to 10. A well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you'll need. A dining table offers space for the whole group to gather, and the living area centers around a flat-screen streaming TV with comfortable seating.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 10 across four bedrooms with five beds total, plus three full bathrooms - one with a bathtub. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all provided.

 

Outdoor & extras

Step outside to the patio or balcony and take in the fresh coastal air. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are ready for evening cookouts. Free driveway parking for two vehicles, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and keypad self check-in round out a stay designed to feel effortless. We are a local host company, so help is never far away.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
