Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms come with their own private en suite bath - perfect for groups who value privacy. The primary suite features a king bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed with its own walk-in shower bath. The third bedroom is set up as a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and a tub/shower combo - ideal for younger guests or a flexible sleeping configuration.

 

Kitchen & dining

The chef's kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, a deep farmhouse sink, and a large prep island that invites group cooking. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics. A dining table comfortably seats the whole group.

 

Outdoor & views

The screened lanai is your private perch above the 5th green - furnished for both lounging and dining, it frames a front-row view of the course whether you're watching a round unfold or simply enjoying the Florida quiet. The community pool and the Sawgrass beach access point are both available to guests throughout your stay.

 

Extras & essentials

Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and all the essentials are provided for a comfortable stay. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless, and free parking for two vehicles is available on the premises.

As a Sawgrass Country Club property, community amenities - including the pool and beach access point - are private to Sawgrass residents and guests. Beach access is on foot only; no parking is available at the beach access point. No beach essentials are included.
