This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor duplex has a newly remodeled and well-equipped kitchen open to the living and dining rooms so you can stay connected while preparing a snack or a meal for all your foodies.

Make yourself at home and relax in comfort. All the bedrooms have large closets, bedside table lamps, dressers and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd has a daybed with a trundle and seconds as an office with an adjustable desk that can be raised or lowered to fit your style and comfort.

Other features include in-unit laundry, off street parking, keyless entry, and security system with exterior cameras.
