Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed with soft linens and direct access to the Florida room - a seamless way to begin and end each day. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, well suited for children, friends, or additional guests. Both bedrooms include ample closet space and easy access to two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows give the main living area an open, airy feel. The living room is anchored by an indoor fireplace, with a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi on hand for easy evenings in. The enclosed Florida room extends the space further, framing panoramic views over the second fairway - equally suited to reading, remote work, or simply watching the day pass by.

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishes you need for home-cooked meals. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, and the breakfast bar offers a more casual spot for morning coffee. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living

A 0.4-mile walk leads to the private neighborhood beach access point - no parking available here, so bring what you need on foot and enjoy the shoreline at your own pace. Guests also have access to the community pool, a welcome option for warm Florida afternoons. Back at the condo, the Florida room provides a sheltered view over the fairway, keeping the outdoors close without stepping outside.

Neighborhood

Situated within the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club, the condo sits close to local restaurants, shopping, and area attractions. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are both within easy reach, making this a practical and comfortable base for leisure visits, medical stays, golf getaways, and longer-term escapes.

This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-No pets allowed.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
