The space

Vaulted ceilings and large windows keep the interior bright and airy, with a layout that moves naturally from the living area through to the enclosed Florida room. That extended space - overlooking the second fairway - lends itself equally to a quiet morning read, a focused work session, or simply a place to sit with your coffee and watch the course come alive. A flat screen TV with standard cable and WiFi keep you connected whenever you need it, and a dedicated workspace is ready for those balancing leisure with remote work.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed with direct access to the Florida room, giving it a calm, tucked-away feel. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, well suited for children or additional guests. Two full bathrooms - each with a bathtub - serve up to four guests comfortably.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for cooking in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are also available on-site, a welcome convenience for longer stays.

 

Outdoor & access

The community pool is available to guests throughout the stay, along with access to the clubhouse. Tee times at TPC Sawgrass or The Yards - which also offers tennis and pickleball - can be booked independently, making this an easy base for those planning time on the course or court. Two complimentary parking spaces on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and departures straightforward.

 

Neighborhood

Situated within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo sits in a well-maintained residential setting with local dining, shopping, and area attractions close by. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are both within easy reach, making this a versatile choice for leisure travelers and those on extended stays alike.

 

Please note

This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Minimum age to rent is 25 years; valid government ID Required.

-No pets allowed.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
