This restored 1922 duplex offers a full-property stay across two separate levels - one upstairs and one downstairs - each with its own private entrance. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths total, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds, along with a full bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together while still enjoying a bit of separation.

Kitchen and dining

Both levels feature a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, allowing you to prepare meals with ease whether you're cooking for the whole group or enjoying a quiet breakfast upstairs or down. Dining tables on each level create flexible spaces for shared meals or casual gatherings.

Outdoor living

The home features two large front porches - the lower level with swing seating and the upper level with relaxed lounge seating - perfect for enjoying the mild coastal climate year-round. Out back, the private backyard (when renting the entire property) offers Adirondack chairs and space to gather after a day out. This booking includes both units of the duplex. The upstairs and downstairs spaces are not connected internally. The backyard is private only when the entire property is reserved.
