This is a two-story duplex with two completely separate units - one downstairs, one upstairs - each with its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. The units do not connect inside, making this setup ideal for two families or a larger group who want both togetherness and their own space. Each unit sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 queen beds, with a pack 'n play available for little ones.

Sleeping arrangements

Each unit has 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, quality linens, hangers, and ample storage. A pack 'n play is available for families traveling with young children.

Kitchen & dining

Both units feature a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table in each unit means the whole group can sit down together.

Living & entertainment

Each unit has a comfortable living area with an HDTV, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Outdoor spaces

Two large front porches - one on each level - give you a classic St. Augustine perch to unwind. The lower porch features swing chairs, while the upper level offers cozy lounge seating. Each unit has its own washer and dryer located on the back porch. When you rent the entire property, the backyard becomes private - with Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill, and barbecue utensils ready for your use. Free parking on premises is included.
