This entire two-story duplex (It includes Cordova Palms A & B) offers two self-contained units - one downstairs, one upstairs - each with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a private entrance, and a dedicated porch. The units don't connect internally, making this an ideal setup for two families or a group wanting defined personal space under one rental.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Each unit holds 2 queen bedrooms with quality linens, ample storage, and a comfortable layout. A pack 'n play is available for families with young ones.

 

Kitchen & dining

Two fully equipped kitchens - each with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and silverware - give both groups the freedom to cook on their own schedule.

 

Outdoor & common areas

The lower porch features swing chairs perfect for catching the evening breeze; the upper porch offers relaxed seating for reading or conversation. The private backyard - shared between both units when rented together - is furnished with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill, a natural gathering spot after a day of exploring. Each unit's washer and dryer is located outside on its back porch. Free parking on premises.

Cordova Street puts you within easy walking distance of the Castillo de San Marcos, cobblestone streets, boutique shops, art galleries, and dining. Self check-in via keypad.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
