Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, ample storage, and extra pillows and blankets. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones. Renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. Each property has its own private entrance. There is no connection between the upstairs & downstairs units once inside.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a dining table - everything needed for a home-cooked meal without the reservation.

 

Bathroom

The renovated full bathroom features a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and fresh essentials for a comfortable stay.

 

Outdoor & extras

Unwind on the large front porch with swing chairs, or gather around the gas fire table in the backyard with Adirondack chairs on a cool Florida evening. Please note: the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit. The rear porch includes washer and dryer for added convenience. Free onsite parking, a private entrance, keyless self check-in, air conditioning, and dedicated workspace round out the amenities.
