Please note, this listing is for the downstairs unit only - the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit. Sorry, no pets.

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, with ample storage, extra pillows, and blankets for restful nights. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones.

The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table - everything needed for a home-cooked breakfast or an easy meal in.

 

Bathroom

The renovated full bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and essential toiletries for a comfortable stay.

 

Outdoor & extras

The large front porch with swing chairs is a great spot to take in the neighborhood and enjoy St. Augustine's mild winter air. Out back, a shared yard offers a relaxed open-air setting - note that the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit when renting just one unit. The rear porch houses a washer and dryer for added convenience. Free onsite parking, keyless entry via keypad, a private entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace round out what's on offer.

 

Location

Step outside and the best of St. Augustine is within easy walking distance - the Castillo de San Marcos, historic cobblestone streets, galleries, boutique shops, and waterfront dining are all right there. Each unit has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. If renting both units (Cordova A + B), the property accommodates up to 8 guests total.
