The space

Set within a 1922 duplex, this downstairs unit offers a private, self-contained stay with its own entrance and no interior connection to the upstairs. While indoor areas are entirely yours, the backyard is shared, reflecting the nature of the property. The setting feels peaceful while still placing you close to the heart of St. Augustine.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials supports an easy, relaxed stay.

Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace, paired with a dining table for gathering together over breakfast or a quiet dinner at home.

Outdoor living

The front porch with swing seating offers a gentle place to start or end your day, while the shared backyard adds additional outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood setting.
