This unit is newly remodeled and features everything that you will need.  A queen sized bed, a Murphy bed, and a 40” Flat Screen TV are all included in this cozy villa. The full kitchen boasts beautiful countertops with all new appliances for your stay. This unit does include its very own washer and dryer. The bathroom presents a beautifully updated walk in shower so that you may wash the sand off from your time at the beach. The outside patio is screened in with a lovely seating area that will have you enjoying this Florida weather.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
