Whether you're gathered around the dining table after a morning on the sand or simply taking in the view from the couch, the Atlantic is always in frame.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with direct balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is set up with a queen-size bed, a TV, and a dedicated workspace with ample closet space. The third bedroom offers a twin daybed and trundle - a practical setup for families or extra guests - along with multiple work desks. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware your group needs. The full dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer make multi-night stays easy to manage.

 

Beach access & outdoor space

Step out onto the covered lanai for unobstructed Atlantic views and front-row sunrises. A private beach access path leads directly onto the white sands of Crescent Beach - no crossings, no distance. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided so you can head straight out the door.

 

Location

Crescent Breeze sits near the Intracoastal Waterway with a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Community amenities include a heated community pool, tennis courts, free parking for two vehicles, and an elevator for easy access throughout the building.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
