Living space

Floor-to-ceiling picture windows flood the open-concept living area with natural light and frame unobstructed ocean panoramas. Generous seating makes it easy to gather, unwind, or simply watch the water change colour through the day.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, dedicated workspace, and ample closet space. The third bedroom is set up with a twin daybed and trundle - ideal for families or extra guests - along with multiple work desks. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves bedrooms two and three. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking basics. A full dining table seats the group comfortably for shared meals.

 

Laundry

An in-unit washer and dryer keep longer stays easy and fresh towels always within reach.

 

Location & community perks

Guests have access to a community pool, free parking (2 spaces), tennis courts, and an elevator for easy floor access. The condo sits near the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine - beach calm and city culture in equal measure.
