This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.

They do extend use of their community pool and beach access point (no parking here) to renters.

Overall this is a nice rental. It has a nice floor plan and the kitchen is updated and well stocked. There was plenty of cookware. The master bath was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable although there were not an extra set of sheets for the king bed and the comforters could use some refreshing. It’s a short walk to the beach and is in a great location. We highly recommend Suncastle Properties. They are great to work with and are very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had.
