Perched on the second floor of a quiet, gated enclave within Sawgrass Country Club, Fairway Breeze puts you above the fairway with cooling ocean breezes, wide-open skies, and the easy pace of Ponte Vedra Beach. One flight of stairs leads to your private entrance and into a light-filled condo overlooking the par-3 3rd hole of the East Course. Sorry, No pets.

 

Living space

The open layout flows naturally onto a private balcony where manicured fairway views stretch out before you. An enclosed sunroom adds a bright bonus space - perfect for a quiet morning or a slow afternoon with a book. Vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, keeping the feel clean and coastal.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds with ample closet space. Bed linens and towels are provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. A dining table seats the full group for easy meals in.

 

Bathrooms

Two updated bathrooms serve the unit - one ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a second with a bathtub. Hair dryer and essential toiletries are included.

 

Practical extras

In-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, ceiling fans, air conditioning, iron, hangers, free parking for two vehicles, and keypad self check-in are all included.

Fairway Breeze sits within Sawgrass Country Club - minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach's coastline, dining, and shopping.

Please Note: The community pool and beach access point are private amenities available exclusively to Sawgrass Country Club guests.

It is a 2nd floor condo with a flight of stairs up to the front door, and does not have a gym
