The Space

Fairway Breeze is a second-floor condo accessed by a flight of stairs.

The open living area features comfortable furnishings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. An enclosed sunroom provides another inviting space to relax and watch TV, while the private balcony is the star of the home with beautiful views across the golf course.

- Primary bedroom: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

- Second bedroom: King bed, TV, large walk-in closet

- Third bedroom: Two twin beds

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee makers, cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics.

Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner together at home, you'll have what you need.

Community Pool & Beach Access

Please note that parking at the Sawgrass Beach Club is for Members Only and unavailable for guests, so plan to walk, bike, drop-off or use another transportation option to reach the beach access point.

Important to Know

- This is a second-floor condo and requires stairs to reach the front door.

- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

- No pets.

- Minimum renter age is 25. Government-issued ID is required.

- No parties or events.

- Sawgrass Country Club is a private members-only club. Rental guests do not receive club membership or access to member-only club facilities.

- Community pool and private beach-access privileges are provided to guests of this property.

- Two vehicles may park at the property.
