Step outside and you are moments from the beach access point and the community pool - a setting that invites you to move at your own pace throughout the stay.

 

Living spaces

The open-plan living area keeps guests connected from morning through evening. Large windows frame the golf course views and draw in natural light, while a comfortable sectional anchors the room as a natural gathering spot. Whether the group is watching TV after a day out or simply winding down together, the layout lends itself to easy, relaxed time indoors.

 

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Counter space is generous, and the open layout keeps the cook part of the conversation while meals come together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a spacious closet - a practical setup for kids or additional guests.

 

Bathrooms and laundry

Two full bathrooms serve the group, including the ensuite off the primary suite. An in-unit washer and dryer makes it easy to pack lighter and stay fresh across a longer trip.

 

Outdoor and community

A grassy backyard gives you an easy spot to step outside and take in the surroundings. The community pool - available all year - is approximately 0.7 miles away within the neighborhood. Beach access is available via the community beach access point, located roughly 0.6 miles from the property - please note there is no parking at the access point.

 

Amenities

The home includes WiFi, air conditioning, heating, TV, iron, and free parking on premises for 2 vehicles. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided.

 

Neighborhood

Ponte Vedra Beach is known for its relaxed, coastal character and easy access to the Atlantic. The Sawgrass Country Club setting adds a sense of calm and privacy, with golf, dining, and the shoreline all within reach.

This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the community beach access point only - there is no parking at the beach access point.

Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
