The primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bath with a bathtub. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a large closet. Two full bathrooms and bathroom essentials add convenience for families or groups traveling together. A washer, dryer, and iron are also available, making longer stays feel effortless.

Located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, this condo offers access to the community pool and the beach access point only - no parking is available at the beach access. The setting suits golf enthusiasts, beachgoers, tournament attendees, and families seeking a peaceful coastal base close to Ponte Vedra Beach's dining and attractions.

Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, the property also allows assistance animals.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

Please Note:

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
