Step inside Fun in the Sun, your beachfront studio retreat in the exclusive Sawgrass Beach Club community of Ponte Vedra Beach. The Atlantic is just a short walk across the parking lot - golden sands, rolling waves, and stunning sunsets are all part of your daily backdrop. Sorry, no pets.

Sleeping & living

A king-size Murphy bed folds away to open up the living space, and a full hide-a-bed accommodates a third guest. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable no matter the season.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker - everything you need to cook in or dine casually before heading to the beach.

Bathroom & laundry

A spacious bathroom with separate shower and dressing areas rounds out the space, with an in-unit washer and dryer tucked away for convenience.

Outdoor & community

A community pool is available year-round, and a patio or balcony offers a spot to unwind. Free parking for two vehicles and self check-in via keypad make arrival effortless.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

Fun in the Sun

Nice studio unit right behind the Sawgrass CC beach club. Unit is nicely renovated, very clean and new feeling. second bed folds out of a cabinet and works well.

Perfect Getaway for a Break From Life

My 1st solo vacation ever! The condo was immaculate, well-decorated, and the bed was comfortable. There’s also a full Murphy bed if needed. The beach is a short stroll by the country club across the street. It’s a great spot, quiet area, and I’ve never felt safer. Condo is above a small child care center, but I never heard a thing. The office is a phone call away for any questions, and they’re very pleasant. I could’ve stayed a month! 2-3 people could stay comfortably. I look forward to coming back again! 10 Stars!
