Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom sleeps up to 3 guests across 2 beds. A king-size Murphy bed folds away during the day to open up the living space, while a full-size hide-a-bed offers a flexible second sleeping option. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable year-round.

 

Living space & essentials

A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected. The HDTV, private entrance, and keypad self check-in make arriving and settling in effortless.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a dining table for relaxed mornings or easy dinners in.

 

Bathroom & laundry

The bathroom features a separate shower and dressing area, along with bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.

 

Outdoor & community

Step onto the patio or balcony for fresh air and a quiet moment outside. The community pool is available all year, and two free parking spaces on premises make it easy to explore at your own pace.

 

Neighborhood

Set within the Sawgrass Beach Club community, the surroundings are peaceful and walkable. Guests have access to the community pool and a nearby beach access point - note there is no parking at the beach access point. Please note that Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private and not available to guests.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
