This two-story single-family home is built for groups who want space to spread out, a neighborhood full of things to do, and an easy base to return to after a full day out. Up to ten guests settle in comfortably, and the home has a natural, unhurried rhythm that kicks in from the moment you arrive. Sorry, no pets.

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms sleep up to ten guests across five beds. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, keeping every room comfortable no matter what the Florida heat has in store.

Living areas

The open-plan layout gives the whole group room to move and gather without the space feeling crowded. Streaming TV and WiFi keep everyone connected, and a dedicated workspace tucked into the upstairs bedroom offers a quieter corner for remote work or trip planning.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home when the mood strikes - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining table and large kitchen island give everyone a comfortable place to sit, whether it's a slow morning breakfast or a relaxed dinner after a long day out.

Outdoor living

The screened patio with seating and an outdoor fire table is a natural gathering spot - sheltered and breezy, it comes into its own on warm Florida evenings. The private backyard extends the outdoor space with an open grassy area and peaceful lake views, a genuinely calm place to decompress at the end of the day.

Community amenities

The neighborhood amenities center puts a large community pool, two pickleball courts, a putting green, a playground, and a workout center all within easy reach - plenty to keep the group active and entertained without ever leaving the neighborhood.

Bathrooms & laundry

Three full bathrooms come stocked with bathroom essentials. The in-unit washer and dryer are a practical bonus - particularly welcome after beach days or during longer stays.

Set in a newly constructed St. Augustine neighborhood, the home sits close to local beaches, dining, and shopping. Historic St. Augustine is easily accessible - a natural base for seasonal events like Nights of Lights - and nearby main roads keep the wider area well within reach.

Parking & access

Free driveway parking is available on premises for up to four vehicles. Self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance make arrival smooth and flexible, with no coordination needed.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
