Keir's Cove

Tucked into a newly built St. Augustine neighborhood, Keir's Cove is a two-story single-family home where the pace slows down and the space opens up. Lake views from the backyard, a screened patio with a fire table, and a warm, easy-flowing interior make it the kind of place a group of ten settles into without effort. The beaches, the historic district, and the buzz of St. Augustine are all within easy reach - but there's plenty to keep everyone happy without ever leaving the block. Sorry, no pets.

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms sleep up to ten guests across five beds. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, so every room stays comfortable no matter the season.

Living areas

The open-plan layout gives the whole group room to breathe and gather without stepping on each other. A streaming TV and WiFi handle entertainment and connectivity, while a dedicated workspace tucked into the upstairs bedroom offers a quieter corner for remote work or trip planning between outings.

Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen is ready whenever you want to cook in. A dining table and a large kitchen island both offer plenty of seating - whether it's a leisurely breakfast before heading out to the beach or a relaxed dinner back at the house. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided.

Outdoor living

The screened patio is a natural gathering point, with comfortable seating and an outdoor fire table that earns its keep on cooler Florida evenings. Beyond the patio, the private backyard stretches out into an open, grassy space with quiet lake views - an easy place to decompress at the end of the day.

Community amenities

The neighborhood amenities center gives guests access to a community pool, two pickleball courts, a putting green, a playground, and a workout center. Between the pool and the courts, the group has more than enough to fill a morning without leaving the neighborhood.

Bathrooms & laundry

Three full bathrooms come stocked with essentials for guest use, including shampoo and a hair dryer. The in-unit washer and dryer are a practical bonus - especially useful after beach days or during longer stays.

Location

Keir's Cove sits in a newly constructed neighborhood with quick access to St. Augustine's beaches, dining, and shopping. Historic St. Augustine is a short drive away, making the home a natural base for events like the Nights of Lights. Major roads nearby keep the rest of the area well within reach.

Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Self check-in via a smart lock and a private entrance mean arrival is smooth and on your own schedule.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
