Tucked into a newly constructed St. Augustine neighborhood, Keir's Cove is a two-story single-family home where lake views, a screened patio, and easy access to Florida's most historic city set the tone for an effortless group getaway. Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms with five beds sleep up to ten guests comfortably. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the home, keeping every room cool and restful no matter the time of year.

Living areas

An open-concept layout flows naturally from room to room, giving the whole group space to gather without feeling crowded. A streaming TV and WiFi keep everyone connected and entertained, while a dedicated workspace tucked in the upstairs bedroom offers a quieter corner for remote work or trip planning.

Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen makes home-cooked meals a genuine option. Pull up a seat at the dining table or around the large kitchen island - whether it's a relaxed breakfast before a beach day or a casual dinner back at the house, there's room for everyone.

Outdoor living

The screened patio opens to a private backyard with comfortable seating and an outdoor fire table - a sheltered, breezy spot to gather on cooler evenings. Beyond the patio, the grassy backyard stretches out toward peaceful lake views, offering a calm place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Community amenities

The neighborhood amenities center puts a large community pool, two pickleball courts, a putting green, a playground, and a workout center all within easy reach - plenty to keep the group active without leaving the neighborhood.

Bathrooms & laundry

Three full bathrooms are stocked with essentials for guest use. The in-unit washer and dryer are a welcome addition for beach days and longer stays alike.

Location

Beaches, local dining, and shopping are all a short drive away. Historic St. Augustine is easily accessible - making this a natural base for seasonal events like the Nights of Lights - while nearby main roads keep the wider area well within reach.

Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance make arrival smooth and flexible.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
