This fully furnished, well-appointed, completely renovated single-family home features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and enough space for the entire family in the large family room with a 65” TV, a separate den with a 55" TV, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The home also has a separate laundry area and a 2-car garage.  Dog(s) Only Allowed (2 Maximum), With Pre-Approval & Pet Fees. See Disclaimer Below.

The newly renovated kitchen features all new stainless appliances and all new housewares from glasses to the smallest kitchen amenity. This kitchen has everything a family needs to prepare an afternoon snack to a holiday meal for the entire family. Enjoy the private backyard and paver patio where you can feel the breezes and the sounds of the ocean while you grill your favorite foods and relax from all the day's activities.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Pet & Animal Policy

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
