With the shoreline just steps away, mornings begin with sea breezes and evenings settle into the quiet hum of the Atlantic.

Sleeping arrangements

This entire property includes two separate houses - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - offering space for up to 12 guests. Together, the homes provide 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with each house featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In total, you'll have 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms across the property. The two-house layout allows everyone to gather comfortably while still enjoying privacy between spaces, making it well-suited for extended families or groups traveling together.

Outdoor living

At the center of the property, a private outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater - offers a peaceful place to unwind. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, with ocean view and pool view adding to the setting. A dining table and barbecue utensils support relaxed meals at home, while beach essentials make it easy to spend time along the shore.

Kitchen and dining

Each house includes a full kitchen with major appliances and cooking basics, along with a dining area for shared meals. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner in the evening, you'll have the space and tools to cook at your own pace. A coffee maker and toaster add convenience throughout the day.

Comfort and convenience

Three levels with elevator access - featuring accessible dimensions - make it simple to move throughout the property. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide comfort in every season, and a 50 inch HDTV offers a place to relax indoors. Wifi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed. A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in with a keypad help streamline both short visits and longer stays. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - is available for your group.

Neighborhood

Located in North Vilano Beach, the home places you close to the ocean while remaining a short drive from the restaurants, shops, and historic streets of St. Augustine. After a day exploring the city or walking along the shoreline, you can return to your own private entrance and settle back into the calm of this coastal setting.

This property is dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.

Note: There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each of 2 houses guests are renting the entire property, it includes 2 houses - Salt Therapy North & South.

The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air. (no hot tub)

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
