The space

This property gives your group the best of both worlds - two complete houses, Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South, rented together as one reservation. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms spread across three levels, combining for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms across the property. Shared outdoor areas connect both homes in an easy, flowing arrangement, while private entrances keep things comfortable for up to 12 guests. An elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - makes moving between levels effortless for everyone.

 

Outdoor living

At the heart of the property, a private saltwater pool invites you to cool off in the Florida sunshine. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Patios and balconies frame both ocean and pool views, giving you a front-row seat whether you're easing into a quiet afternoon or watching the light fade over the water. With the shoreline just steps away, beach towels and beach chairs are ready whenever the mood strikes. A grill and outdoor dining area round out the outdoor setup for relaxed evening meals together.

 

Kitchen & dining

Each house comes with a full kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics - alongside a dedicated dining table. Whether your group prefers shared dinners or keeping things flexible across two kitchens, the dual setup makes hosting easy.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in each house provide comfortable, private space for your group. Six beds total across both homes mean everyone rests well after days on the beach or afternoons in St. Augustine.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep both homes comfortable year-round. A 50-inch HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace cover entertainment and productivity. Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and self check-in via keypad add ease to longer stays. Free driveway parking on premises fits up to 3 vehicles.

 

Location

Tucked into peaceful North Vilano Beach, you're moments from the Atlantic and a short drive from St. Augustine's restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. Explore cobblestone streets by day and return to the steady rhythm of the sea by evening.

 

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
