The Space

Set across three levels, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The layout encourages both connection and privacy, with open living areas for gathering and separate bedrooms for rest. A private elevator with ADA-compliant dimensions supports easy movement between floors. Throughout the home, you'll find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wifi, HDTV, and a dedicated workspace for both relaxation and productivity. A washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials are also provided for convenience during your stay.

Outdoor living

Just outside, a shared outdoor pool is available all year. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). A patio or balcony offers a quiet place to sit and unwind, while an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after visiting the beach. Beach access across A1A keeps the shoreline within easy reach, and beach essentials are included.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, with a full setup that connects easily to the dining area. The open layout keeps conversation flowing while cooking, and barbecue utensils are available for outdoor grilling. A dining table creates a central place to gather and share meals.

Parking & access

A private entrance and keypad self check-in allow for a smooth arrival at any time. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - offers convenience for multiple vehicles, and there is space to accommodate a boat or jet ski. A nearby launch to the Intracoastal Waterway makes it easy to get out on the water.

Neighborhood

Located in North Vilano Beach, you're close to local dining, grocery stores, and the historic district of St. Augustine. A short drive connects you to the city's waterfront, landmarks, and attractions, while the quieter beach setting offers a relaxed place to return to.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
