Salt air and the sound of breaking waves greet you the moment you arrive at this five-bedroom oceanfront home in St. Johns County. The Atlantic stretches out directly in front of you - wide, unobstructed water views from multiple levels, with the shoreline just steps from the deck. Evenings settle into a warm coastal glow from the balcony. Sorry, no pets.

 

Living space

Spread across three levels, the home accommodates up to 12 guests with open, well-arranged living areas. The main level looks directly out over the water, with a full-length balcony ideal for watching the Atlantic at any hour. Inside, generous seating surrounds an HDTV with streaming capability (no cable), and a dedicated workspace keeps focused tasks tucked away from the rest of the home. Wi-Fi reaches throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to sit-down dinners. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, plus BBQ utensils for outdoor cooking. A breakfast bar offers a casual morning perch, while two dining tables seat the whole group comfortably.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three ocean-facing bedrooms on the third floor open directly onto the balcony. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. On the lower level, a king bedroom includes its own full bathroom - note this room does not open to the back deck. A separate bunk room on the same floor has two sets of bunk beds, a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games - flexible for both sleeping and lounging. The lower-level bathroom has a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean.

 

Outdoor living & arrival

A beachfront deck and multiple balconies put the coastline within constant reach. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your stay. Free driveway parking for up to three vehicles, with self check-in via keypad for a flexible arrival.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and receive check-in information.
