Living areas

Set across three levels, this home accommodates up to 12 guests with generous, well-arranged living spaces. The main level opens directly to sweeping water views and a wide balcony running the length of the home. Inside, ample seating surrounds an HDTV with streaming TV - no cable. Wifi reaches throughout, and a dedicated workspace with a desk keeps focused tasks separate from the rest of the home.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils - everything needed for meals from quick breakfasts to full dinners. A breakfast bar adds a casual spot to sit, and two dining tables bring everyone together comfortably.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three ocean-facing bedrooms on the third floor open directly to the balcony. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom. The lower level has a king bedroom with a full bathroom - note that neither this room nor the bunk room opens to the back deck. The bunk room sleeps additional guests across two sets of bunk beds and also includes a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games - a flexible space for sleeping and lounging. The lower-level bathroom includes a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean.

 

Outdoor living

Multiple balconies and a beachfront deck offer inviting spots to take in the coastal setting. A path leads from the deck down to the beach, putting the shoreline within easy reach. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are provided for your stay.

Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Self check-in via keypad for a smooth, flexible arrival.
