Soft coastal light fills the rooms as waves roll steadily onto the shore just beyond the deck. Step onto an oceanfront balcony and take in wide Atlantic views stretching across the horizon, or linger indoors where the sound of the water becomes the backdrop to your day. Mornings begin with coffee and sea breezes, and evenings wind down with the tide moving under an open sky. Sorry, no pets.

Living spaces

Spread across three levels, the home offers generous gathering areas designed for shared time by the water. The main living area opens directly onto a wide oceanfront balcony, creating an easy flow between indoor comfort and fresh coastal air. Comfortable seating and an HDTV with streaming TV - no cable - invite relaxed movie nights after long beach days. A bonus room provides a dedicated workspace with Wifi, ideal for catching up on emails or settling in with a book.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with ample counter space for preparing meals. A breakfast bar and two dining tables make it easy for everyone to gather together, whether you are serving a casual breakfast or a shared dinner. Barbecue utensils are available for the grill, and the open layout keeps ocean views close at hand while you cook and dine.

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests across a layout that balances privacy and connection. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open onto the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bath.

The ground floor includes another bedroom with a king bed and a large bunk room featuring two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and some games - all within the same room. A full bathroom on this level includes a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean, offering convenient outside access to a bathroom after time on the beach. The king bedroom and bunk room on this floor do not open directly onto the back deck.

Outdoor living

Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck provide space to sit back and feel the ocean breeze. A private path leads directly to the sand, making beach days effortless. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are provided for your time by the water.

Amenities & conveniences

The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and self check-in via keypad. A private entrance and free driveway parking on premises for three vehicles support a smooth arrival. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
