Living space

The open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings, flowing seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen through to the balcony. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cookware and dishes you need to cook in.

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access with direct ocean views. The second bedroom has two full-size beds, its own balcony access, and beach views. Soft linens, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches make both rooms restful and comfortable.

Outdoor & pool

Community pool access is available for guests. Both private balconies offer seating areas ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding with an ocean backdrop.

Location

Thirty minutes from both historic St. Augustine and downtown Jacksonville, the condo is a convenient base for exploring North Florida. St. Johns Town Center and the Intracoastal Waterway are both within easy reach. Two covered garage parking spaces are included.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
