Outdoor living

The private pool offers a refreshing retreat between beach outings, with heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. From the balcony, you can take in shifting sunset colors and partial sea views, creating an easy backdrop for quiet mornings or winding down at dusk. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are ready for your walks to the sand. A private entrance and free parking on premises - 4 spaces - make arrivals and departures simple for your group.

Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds across two levels. On the first floor, a bunk room includes 2 twin-over-full beds, and a guest room offers 2 double beds, with a full bathroom nearby for convenience. Upstairs, the ocean-facing master suite features a memory foam king bed and direct balcony access with partial sea views. A second king suite provides another restful space, while a queen bedroom overlooks a peaceful nature preserve and includes a 42" flat-screen TV. In total, the home includes 3 baths.

Indoor comfort and entertainment

The first-floor game room invites everyone to gather, complete with a 75" HDTV with Roku and foosball for laid-back evenings together. Throughout the home, you'll have Wifi, central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer access. Bathroom essentials and thoughtful clothing storage - including walk-in closet, closet, and dresser space - help keep your stay organized and comfortable.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, offering everything you need to cook and dine together with ease. An electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster support both quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners around the dining table.

Neighborhood

Set in the Vilano Beach community, the home places you just a short walk from the shoreline. Downtown St. Augustine - with its waterfront views, historic landmarks, and local dining - is about six miles away, making it easy to balance beach days with cultural exploration. Self check-in via keypad allows you to arrive on your own schedule and settle into your coastal retreat at your own pace.
