Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach, Shady Oaks is a single-level ranch-style home that puts you close to the coast, top dining, and Mayo Clinic - all without the noise. Sorry, No pets.

Living space

The open layout is easy to settle into. A ceiling fan keeps the living area comfortable, and the HDTV gives you a wind-down option after long days out. Natural light carries through the space, and the dedicated workspace means remote work or medical-stay admin is never an afterthought. Central air conditioning and central heating keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. The layout suits families, groups managing a medical visit, or anyone needing a proper home base for an extended stay. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and silverware are all here. Pull up to the indoor dining table for a sit-down meal, or carry everything out to the screened patio for a more relaxed setting.

Outdoor space

The screened patio is one of Shady Oaks' best features - ceiling fan overhead, lounge seating, outdoor dining area, and a skylight that keeps it bright without the Florida heat. Behind the home, a fully fenced private backyard gives you genuine breathing room and greenery.

Bathroom

Two full bathrooms serve the home. Each is equipped with the basics - towels, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available for a longer soak after a day on the sand.

Location

Jacksonville Beach puts you within easy reach of the shore, Mayo Clinic, and a strong lineup of local restaurants and shops. Driveway parking fits two vehicles at no charge, and access to major highways makes the broader area easy to navigate. Self check-in via lockbox means your arrival runs on your schedule.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
