Whether you're here for a long weekend or an extended stay, the setting does a lot of the work for you.

Living space

The living room runs floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall, letting the outside in without leaving the comfort of your couch. Seating is generous, the layout is open, and the vintage Florida character of the space gives it a warmth that newer builds often lack. A ceiling fan keeps things breezy, and when you want more, central air conditioning is there.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook from scratch - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. A dining table sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to gather for a meal before heading out for the day.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom is set up with a King bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom has two Double beds - a solid option for kids or a second couple traveling together. Up in the loft, a futon provides a quiet retreat or an extra sleeping spot, keeping the space comfortable for up to four guests.

Outdoor living

The screened porch is one of this townhouse's best features - open to marsh views, with enough space for al fresco dining or a slow morning with coffee. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating round out the backyard, and the porch screening keeps it comfortable whatever the weather.

Amenities & access

In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all the basics are provided. You'll have Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on anything during your stay. Two free parking spaces are on-site, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

As a Sawgrass Country Club property, guests have access to the community pool and the community beach access point. Please note that amenities are private to Sawgrass residents and guests.

Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
