Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft space. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, making it adaptable for pairs or solo travelers. Upstairs, a loft with a queen futon provides an extra spot to lounge or rest between adventures.

 

Kitchen & dining

The well-equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to longer evening meals. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining table and let a shared meal become part of the rhythm of your stay. Barbecue utensils are available for those who prefer to cook outdoors.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water round out the practical comforts for a relaxed stay.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
