Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout the year.

Sleeping Arrangements

The condo accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a queen bed, while additional sleeping space includes a twin-size daybed and a twin-size hide-a-bed. With one bathroom that includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials, everyone has the space needed to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach or pool.

Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals on your own schedule. Whether you're assembling a light breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors, the kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for easy at-home dining. A dishwasher adds convenience, and the nearby dining table and breakfast bar offer comfortable spots to gather.

This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only, and there is no parking at the access point. No ocean views.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
