The bedroom sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed, a twin-size daybed, and a twin-size hide-a-bed. The compact, single-floor layout keeps everything within easy reach for unhurried mornings and relaxed evenings.

 

Living area & workspace

Natural light moves through the living area across the day, making it a comfortable place to unwind, catch up on TV, or settle in with a book. A dedicated workspace and Wifi keep you connected whenever you need it. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan give you full comfort control year-round, and home safety essentials - smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for real meal prep, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A dining area and breakfast bar offer flexible spots to eat in - whether it's a quick morning coffee or a sit-down dinner after a day out.

A private entrance opens directly onto a ground-floor patio - a simple, easy spot to step outside for fresh air, or to ease into and out of your day at your own pace.

This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach directly across from the condo.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
