Dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are included. Pull up a chair at the dining table and share a meal together - whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out or a slower evening in.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably, with bed linens, hangers, and storage provided in each room. Two bathrooms serve the home, one of which includes a bathtub, and bathroom essentials are stocked for your arrival.
Outdoor living
The private backyard garden is a quiet space to decompress - ideal for a morning coffee or a calm evening outside. Out front, the covered porch extends your living space outdoors with a relaxed spot to sit and take in the neighborhood. Beach essentials are available for days when you want to explore the nearby coastline.
Comfort & convenience
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable across the seasons. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival. The home also has a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to two vehicles.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Garage is not included with rental of the house.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
