Living spaces

Original hardwood floors, a fireplace, and a crystal chandelier set the tone the moment you walk in - details that speak to the home's age in the best possible way. The leather sectional and TV with Hulu give everyone a comfortable place to settle after a day of exploring, while a reading nook with built-in bookshelves offers a quieter retreat. A dedicated workspace and Wifi keep you connected whenever you need to be.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with dishes, silverware, and cooking basics. Gather around the dining table for a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each fitted with bed linens, hangers, and storage space. Two bathrooms serve the home - one includes a bathtub - and bathroom essentials are stocked and ready for your arrival.

 

Outdoor living

The private backyard garden is a calm escape at any time of day, while the covered front porch extends your living space outdoors with a shaded spot to sit and take in the neighborhood. Beach essentials are available for days when you want to head to the coast.

 

Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage, and self check-in via keypad means a flexible, fuss-free arrival. The home has a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to two vehicles.

Situated in St. Augustine's historic district, you're within easy walking distance of Flagler College, local dining, independent shops, and the city's most storied landmarks. The Old City is practically on your doorstep, with everything this remarkable destination has to offer just a short stroll away.

-Garage is not included with rental of the house.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
