Tucked into the heart of St. Augustine's historic district, Sunny Side Cottage is an 1888 home that wraps you in character the moment you arrive. Original hardwood floors, a crystal chandelier, while everything you need for a comfortable stay is close at hand. Rocking chairs on the covered front porch invite you to slow down, watch the neighborhood stir, and settle into the unhurried rhythm that makes this city so easy to love.

Living Space

The living room is anchored by a comfortable leather sectional and a TV with Hulu, with natural light falling across period details that give the room its warmth. A reading nook with built-in bookshelves offers a quiet corner to decompress, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi keeps you connected if you need it.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all here, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table gives the group a proper place to gather over home-cooked meals, and ample counter space makes prep easy for families and small groups alike.

Sleeping Arrangements

Three bedrooms are arranged for rest and privacy, each made up with bed linens, extra pillows, and hangers for clothing storage. Two full bathrooms complete the layout, each outfitted with a bathtub, hair dryer, and essential toiletries.

Outdoor Space

Step out back to a private backyard garden - a quiet patch of green that's especially pleasant on cool St. Augustine mornings. The covered front porch with its rocking chairs frames a view of palm-lined streets and the steady foot traffic of a neighborhood that still feels lived-in.

Location

Sunny Side Cottage sits just a few blocks from Flagler College, the Old City, and the full stretch of downtown St. Augustine's restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks - all walkable from the front door. Off-street parking for two cars is included on the premises, and a private entrance means arrivals and departures on your own schedule.

Dogs are welcome - up to 2 - with pre-approval and additional fees. The home is also well-suited to longer stays for those working remotely or planning an extended visit.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Garage is not included with rental of the house.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
