Set within the gated Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, this condo offers a peaceful home base between the beach and the marsh. A short walk leads to the community beach access point - please note there is no parking available there - while the community pool provides a refreshing option close to home. Free parking on premises makes arrivals and departures simple.

Living spaces

Inside, the open living area brings together comfortable seating, natural light, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating for year-round ease. Vintage Florida charm shapes the atmosphere, creating a relaxed setting whether you're watching TV with standard cable, connecting to Wifi, or settling in at the dedicated workspace. The layout allows you to gather together or spread out as you like, making it just as suited to quiet mornings as unhurried evenings.

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and a cozy loft. The primary bedroom features a King bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom includes two Double beds suited for friends or family. In the loft, a futon offers an additional spot for reading or quiet rest. Two bathrooms add convenience to your stay, and bathroom essentials are provided.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with full appliances and a dining table positioned to enjoy views of the surrounding greenery. With a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, you'll have the space you need to prepare meals at your own pace before a beach outing or after a full day outdoors. Barbecue utensils are available if you plan to grill, and the dining table offers a comfortable place to gather.

Outdoor living

The screened porch serves as a peaceful vantage point over the marsh, while the patio or balcony extends your time outside in the coastal air. Whether you're starting the day with a breeze off the water or winding down as the sky softens in the evening, the outdoor spaces connect you to the natural setting.

Additional amenities

A washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are included for convenience and peace of mind.

Please Note: Amenities are private. Guests of properties located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the community pool and the community beach access point only.
