The suite

Your own one-room suite sits at the back of an owner-occupied home, accessed through a private entrance that keeps your stay completely separate from the rest of the house. Inside, a king bed dressed with fresh linens anchors the room, with extra pillows on hand for a restful night. A desk and chair give you a proper place to settle in for remote work or trip planning, and a ceiling fan keeps the air moving when the Florida heat picks up. The TV rounds out the space for easy evenings in.

Kitchen & dining

A mini-fridge keeps your drinks and essentials cold, and a one-cup Keurig is ready when you need your morning coffee. Barbecue utensils and the backyard grill put al fresco cooking within reach - perfect for an evening meal out on the deck.

Bathroom

The private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and comes stocked with towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light and arrive ready to enjoy the beach.

Outdoor space

Step outside through your private entrance and you're on the backyard deck - furnished and ready for morning coffee, evening wind-downs, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine. The BBQ grill is set up and waiting if you want to fire up dinner under the open sky.
