The suite

Step through your private entrance into a thoughtfully arranged space that has everything you need and nothing you don't. A king bed dressed in soft linens anchors the room, and a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and heating keep your comfort dialed in no matter what the Florida weather decides to do. Essentials, towels, and bath linens are provided so you can travel light.

 

Bathroom

The private bathroom is all yours - a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials ready and waiting. No sharing, no scheduling around anyone else.

 

Workspace

A dedicated desk with chair and Wifi connection means you can stay productive if the workweek follows you to the beach. Catch up on emails, map out your day's plans, or close the laptop early and head outside.

 

Kitchen & dining

A mini-fridge keeps your drinks and snacks cold, and a one-cup Keurig takes care of your morning coffee. Hangers and an iron are on hand for keeping things neat during longer stays.

 

Outdoor space

The backyard deck is where the pace slows down for good. Fire up the BBQ grill - barbecue utensils included - and let the evening stretch out around you. It's a genuinely relaxing space, open and easy, and one of the reasons guests keep coming back.

 

Entertainment

A TV with standard cable is on hand when you're ready to wind down. The suite also includes a first aid kit, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for peace of mind.

 

Parking & arrival

One free driveway parking space comes with your stay, and self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule - no waiting around, no coordination required.

Sitting squarely in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, you're two blocks from the shoreline and an easy walk from local dining, shopping, and everything the beach town has going on. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or a longer stretch, the location does a lot of the work for you.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
