The space

The open-concept great room connects seamlessly to an oversized terrace where the ocean dominates every angle. A ceiling fan circulates the breeze, and a smart HDTV with Roku keeps evenings comfortable.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom holds a king bed. The living area sectional pulls out to sleep additional guests, bringing total capacity to four. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. Cooking basics and dishes are included.

 

Bathroom

The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and hair dryer. Soap and toilet paper are provided.

 

Location

TPC Sawgrass is minutes away. Jacksonville Beach sits roughly 15 minutes north, and St. Augustine - with Flagler College and its historic beaches - is about 30 minutes south. Downtown Jacksonville's riverfront dining is also an easy drive.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
